YES! By giving you a free website, we are building the mobile Internet's biggest database of properties for sale. Our free mobile property sites contain a wealth of information for the home buyer while they are on the go.

How will the buyer know about my site?

Your mobile site is searchable on the mobile web through our mobile property search, as well as through Google and other mobile search engines. We also offer some extra features to promote your property sites. Each site can be assigned a keyword that buyers can send via text message, or entered on the phone keypad to get your site on their phone. You should promote your site by using one of our custom sign riders, and by including your mobile site address  in print ads, listing publications, TV ads and any other form of advertising.

Do I need to put software on my computer?

No software is required. You add your properties through a simple web site that you can access from any computer that is connected to the Internet.

I am not a real estate agent. I want to use this service to sell my own house.

We welcome "For Sale By Owners" as well. If an MLS number is not available, you can set the site up right in our control panel.

Are the Riders included?

For each Cell a House sign code you purchase, you receive an "eye-catching" rider that gives the buyer the info to access your mobile site.

What else is included in the Premium upgrade?

In addition to the rider, the premium upgrade gives you acces to the phone numbers of the buyers requesting your listing information.

Does the home buyer have to pay anything?

We do not charge the home buyer anything to use our service. They are charged for the text message based on their wireless plan with their carrier.
